Yet today its part of our daily life's and was done with the availability of huge internet platforms with multibillion dollar investments pumped into it. 3 month ago, my company wanted me to relocate back to Houston from Dubai. Being 13,000miles away (+ 9 hrs time diff) from what is really happening with housing market in the US and specifically in Houston, my thoughts where; wait until I land before initiating the house hunt and should be able to land a house in no time. We do have many items that were broken by the movers, but other than that, everyone was great!!!

Catherine was referred by a realtor we respect in Calif. way before we were ready to move but,she kept in touch. We saw a house we thought might be perfect and Catherine went to see it. It was a beautiful house but, she sent pics and videos of outlying areas as well and shared the pros and cons. The next day a house showed up on HAR for much less money and there was going to be an open house on its 1st day on the market. I felt awkward asking if she would go and take a look as we had no agreement between us. She didn’t hesitate (even though, it was a Sunday) and it turned out to be outr dream home. She guided us through this crazy market and we won the bid. She is now working with our kids on their1st home. She’s the best❣️
